NotchDock is supplied by Fagore LLC. Polar Software Inc. is the Merchant of Record and reseller for purchases made through the checkout linked from this website. Polar handles payment, tax, invoices, receipts, and eligible refunds.
Price and license
NotchDock costs $9.99 USD as a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription charge. The license does not expire and may be active on up to three Macs at a time. Activations can be managed or deactivated in the Polar customer portal. The license is for the purchaser's use and does not permit resale, redistribution, or bypassing license controls except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Delivery and support
After payment, Polar provides the license key and notarized macOS download through email and the customer portal. If delivery or activation fails, contact support@notchdock.com. We may provide maintenance updates, but availability of any particular future feature is not guaranteed.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Polar under the Polar Checkout Buyer Terms and applicable law. For a one-time purchase, request a refund promptly through your Polar receipt or customer portal, or email support@notchdock.com. Any approved refund is issued by Polar, not directly by Fagore LLC, and may revoke the associated license and download access.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as available without warranties beyond rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Fagore LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
